Cameron Walbert

Cameron Walbert is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Perficient. Prior to joining Perficient, Ms. Walbert was a Senior IT Business Partner at Mercy from November 2017 to June 2021, where they provided legal counsel to the Vendor Management Office within Mercy Technology Services. Ms. Walbert has experience with review and negotiation of a wide variety of agreements, including software licensing agreements, service level agreements (SLA), master service agreements (MSA), master technology agreements (MTA), SaaS agreements, hosting agreements, professional services agreements (PSA), statements of work (SOW), master lease agreements (MLA), end user license agreements (EULA), maintenance and support agreements, data migration agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDA). Prior to their time at Mercy, Ms. Walbert served as a legal department extern at TKC Holdings, Inc. from January 2017 to April 2017.

Cameron Walbert graduated from Lindenwood University with a BS in Business Administration and then went on to earn their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Saint Louis University School of Law. Cameron is currently a member of the Missouri Bar and is certified by the Missouri Board of Law Examiners.

Cameron Walbert reports to Jeffrey Davis, Chairman, President and CEO. They work with Hari Madamalla - Vice President, Emerging Solutions, Santhosh Nair - Vice President, Business Applications, and Prakash Chembai - AVP, India Global Delivery Operations.
