John Desue

John DeSue is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and technology management, currently serving as Principal of Delivery Excellence at Perficient since April 2012. In this role, John leads a global program aimed at enhancing the delivery of consulting services across multiple continents, significantly improving client and employee satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Prior to this position, John held various leadership roles, including General Manager of a Microsoft National Business Unit, where revenue and customer satisfaction goals were consistently exceeded. John's earlier career includes pivotal positions at BCBSNC, GDI Infotech, and Commerce One, where strategic leadership and financial acumen contributed to significant business growth and operational efficiencies. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master's in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan, along with additional leadership training from the Center for Creative Leadership.
