Joanna Ratajczak

Joanna Ratajczak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various technology companies. At Perforce Software, since July 2018, Joanna holds the role of Senior Customer Success Manager for Klocwork in the EMEA and APAC regions, having previously served as Partner Development Manager for the same product line. Prior to this, Joanna worked as a Channel Account Manager at Trustwave and Extreme Networks, and held positions as Internal Partner Account Manager and Business Analyst at Sequel Business Solutions Ltd and Brocade, respectively. Joanna holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from The Manchester Metropolitan University, attained between 2007 and 2010, and completed secondary education at Liceum Nr 1 w Lesznie from 2003 to 2006.
