Sharvari Barapatre currently serves as the HR Lead for Talent Acquisition at Perforce Software, where responsibilities include driving recruitment strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization. Prior to this role, Sharvari held various positions in talent acquisition at Rocket Software, where contributions included serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, and at PubMatic as a Senior Product Recruiter focusing on lateral hiring and campus recruitment. Earlier experience includes recruiting for Druva as a Technical Recruiter and for StealthHunt as a Hiring Specialist. Sharvari holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, earned between 2012 and 2014.
