Corey Kinsman

Corey Kinsman, P.E. is a highly experienced Senior Consulting Engineer with a focus on fire protection, life safety, and building code consulting for various construction projects. Presently at Performance Based Fire Protection Engineering, PLLC since March 2024, Kinsman previously held similar roles at The FPI Consortium, Inc. and SLS Consulting, Inc., specializing in high-rise and very tall buildings, battery manufacturing, data centers, and automated parking systems. Kinsman's background also includes significant expertise in risk assessment, performance-based design, and commissioning integrated systems, alongside earlier experience as a Nuclear Fire Protection Engineer and as a principal in small business ventures related to fine art foundry services. Kinsman earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bradley University.
