Juan C. Pardo

Juan C. Pardo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brokerage, mergers and acquisitions, and management. As a Partner at Performance Brokerage Services, Inc. since May 2013, Juan has led the Southeast Automotive and National Harley-Davidson & Powersports Division for North America's highest volume dealership brokerage firm. In addition, Juan serves as Senior Vice President at Washington Partners, advising on mergers and acquisitions for lower middle market privately held companies. Previously, Juan held the position of CEO at TAS CrossFit/The Athletic Studio until August 2022 and was a Channel Marketing Manager at LENOX, managing accounts for major retailers. Juan's career began as a District Sales Manager at Newell Rubbermaid. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
