Robert Dirusso

Robert DiRusso is an accomplished operations manager at Performance Contracting, Inc. since February 2018, complementing a diverse background in the semiconductor and construction industries. As the owner and founder of Cut-Rite Fabrication LLC since May 1998, Robert developed custom injection molded plastics and successfully grew the business to a $250K operation. Prior experience includes serving as a construction manager at Brycon Construction from January 2016 to January 2018, and as a senior estimator at Performance Contracting, Inc. early in 2015. Robert's impressive tenure at Brycon Corporation from April 1997 to January 2015 as a project manager culminated in securing over $150 million in projects. Early career experience includes hands-on work as a journeyman carpenter at Shuck & Sons. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Fitchburg State University.
