Victoria Cowan

Victoria Cowan is an experienced operations manager at Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) since November 2009, where Victoria contributes to opening the Denver office and manages projects related to clean rooms, insulated metal panels, and various ceiling types. Prior roles at PCI include director of integrated design and construction and senior project manager. Victoria has also served as assistant ski patrol director at Heavenly Area Ski Patrol from December 2008 to May 2017, and project manager at The Raymond Group from October 2007 to January 2009. Early career experience includes positions as project engineer and assistant project superintendent at Rudolph and Sletten. Victoria holds a degree from Santa Clara University, completed in 2005.
