Heather Charest

Heather Charest has had extensive work experience in the field of training and performance development. Heather most recently worked as the Director of Design Services at Performance Development Group starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at MC3, including Senior Training Director and Training Director. Heather also worked at Stewart Leadership as the Curriculum Design Lead and Business Manager. Additionally, they owned and served as an Expert Performance Consultant at Kaizen Performance Consulting. Earlier in their career, they were a Performance Development Lead at both Wilson Dow Group and Under The Radar. Heather started their career as a Principal Consultant at Beacon Associates, Inc. and also worked as a Freelance Training Consultant and Strategist at Kaizen Learning LLC.

Heather Charest earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, International Relations, and African Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1994 and 1998. Heather also obtained a CKM certification from the KM Institute in 2013. Additionally, Heather Charest has a certification from ASTD, but further details about its completion are not provided.
