Judy Mimeault

Judy Mimeault has held various positions throughout their career. Starting in 1996, they worked as the Director of Learning & Development at Visalign / Forte Systems until 2004. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Director of Operations at Performance Development Group. Judy then became a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at NinetyFive5, a Sales Transformation Company, from 2008 to 2013, when the company was acquired by FranklinCovey. At FranklinCovey, they worked as the General Manager of the Global Sales Performance Practice from 2013 to 2017. Judy also served as a Growth Advisor at esellas from 2017 to 2020 and as Managing Partner at Sales Ink. from 2017 to the present. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Performance Development Group since October 2018. Judy also has experience working as Enabling Sales at Ginger.io from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Vitalief Inc., a clinical trial solutions company, from January 2021 to February 2022.

Judy Mimeault holds a BA Honors degree in Translation from the University of Ottawa, specializing in Language Interpretation and Translation. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Leading with Innovation from LinkedIn in the year 2017.
