Heidi Raines

Heidi Raines is the Founder and CEO of Performance Health Partners, established in December 2008, which specializes in patient and employee safety software and has been recognized as the leading provider in healthcare safety, risk, and compliance solutions. Raines also serves as Preceptor Faculty at Tulane University's Department of Global Health Systems, facilitating the Integrated Administrative Residency for Master of Healthcare Administration students since December 2011. As Chair of the Board of Directors for the American College of Healthcare Executives' Women Healthcare Executive Network from January 2019 to January 2021, Raines contributed to enhancing professional relationships within the healthcare executive community. Prior experience includes leading Michalopoulos Enterprises as CEO, achieving 41% growth, and receiving the Innovator of the Year Award by City Business. Raines has held roles at AstraZeneca, including recognition as a Circle of Excellence Winner, as well as positions at LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans and PMG. Raines holds a Bachelor's degree in General Business from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
