Adam Oskaldowicz

Adam Oskaldowicz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and strategic consulting. Since June 2006, Adam has served as a Partner at Performance Group, where responsibilities include co-navigating operations across the EMEA and CEE regions, collaborating with clients from multiple countries. Prior to this role, Adam worked as an Associate at Barings / ING Corporate Finance, focusing on ECM and M&A transactions in key markets such as Warsaw, Moscow, London, and Kiev. Adam's career also includes experience as an Analyst at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance, where involvement in M&A and spin-offs spanned sectors including pharmaceuticals and FMCG, as well as an internship at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants providing strategic advisory services. Adam began the professional journey with an internship at ING Financial Markets, contributing to macroeconomic research. Academically, Adam holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Radboud University and a Master’s degree in Finance & Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
