Patrick Walsh

Patrick Walsh is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate and management. Currently serving as a Field Inspector at Performance Point, LLC since January 2023, Patrick has also worked as a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker since October 2020 and previously at Allen Tate Companies from January 2018 to October 2020. Prior to their roles in real estate, Patrick owned and operated Archibald's Tavern Inc. from January 2010 to May 2017, and held the position of Bar Manager at Devils Ridge Golf Club from October 2005 to December 2009, where responsibilities included inventory management and employee training. Patrick's educational background includes attendance at Wake Technical Community College from 1997 to 1998.
