Tim Rowe

Tim Rowe is a skilled Project Development Engineer currently employed at Performance Services since April 2020. Prior to this role, Tim served as an Energy and Facility Analyst at Way Companies from June 2011 to April 2020, where responsibilities included utility bill analysis, site surveys, project scope development, measurement and verification, and asset report generation.
