Emelie Cuppernell Glitch has extensive work experience in the field of building performance and energy rating systems. Emelie started their career in 2005 as a Building Performance Consultant and a RESNET QA Designee at Performance Systems Development (PSD). Emelie then progressed to become the Manager of Provider Services in the same company, a role they held from January 2005 to July 2020. In July 2020, Emelie was promoted to the position of Senior Manager before eventually becoming the Director of New Home Services in June 2021 at PSD.

In addition to their work at PSD, Emelie also served as the President of the Northeast Home Energy Rating Systems Alliance since January 2015.
