Kaitlyn Gaskill

Kaitlyn Gaskill is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major organizations. Currently serving as Director of Operations at A.P. Moller - Maersk since July 2023, Kaitlyn previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Walmart from February 2022 to June 2023. Prior to that role, experience included serving as Operations Manager at Chewy and Area Operations Manager at Amazon, where Kaitlyn progressed through various positions including Manager II Operations and Learning Ambassador. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Correctional Officer at Salem County Correctional. Kaitlyn Gaskill holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University - Camden, completed in 2013.
