Saanika Sahoonja is an experienced business professional currently serving as a Senior Business Manager at Performics since June 2024. Previously, Saanika held multiple roles at iQuanti from January 2020 to March 2024, including Lead Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Analyst, focusing on digital marketing projects across the APAC and EMEA regions. In early 2019, Saanika completed a Management Trainee program at Shapoorji Pallonji Group, achieving notable success in converting prospects into customers and generating significant revenue. Prior to that, Saanika worked as an HR Trainee at PolicyBazaar.com, where responsibilities included employee engagement and recruitment. Saanika holds an MBA from IBS Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Punjabi University.
