Davon Daniels

Davon Daniels is the current Vice President of Operations at Performive. Davon has extensive experience in managing operations for companies, including Endurance International Group, where they served as Director of Support Operations. In this role, they worked closely with managers and front-line supervisors to ensure that the company's metrics and service expectations were consistently met or exceeded. Davon also was responsible for identifying problems and trends, determining root causes, and executing solutions in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Daniels is known for their hands-on leadership style and their ability to manage closely to budgets. Davon has a track record of maintaining and improving operations by monitoring and managing department metrics, exceeding customer expectations, and identifying process issues. Davon is also skilled in coordinating learning and development opportunities for employees and communicating news, policy changes, and updates to departments on a regular basis.

In addition to their experience at Endurance International Group, Daniels has also assisted in reviewing, improving, and implementing business processes and policies at other companies to achieve corporate and brand goals. Davon has overseen teams of supervisors and ensured that they are providing adequate training and coaching to employees. Davon has also prepared performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Davon Daniels has a degree in Computer Science from Texas Southern University and various certifications in cPanel, VMware, and cPanel sales. Davon is currently working as a system administrator.
