Lauren Simko, PharmD, RPh, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Account Director at PerformRx, overseeing pharmacy services management across Medicare, Medicaid, Behavioral Health, and ACA Exchange lines of business since January 2022. In addition, Lauren provides expert consultation at High Falls Hemp NY, advises staff and addresses product challenges as an Expert Pharmacist Consultant, and works as a Staff Pharmacist at Kevin's Shop & Save Pharmacy, focusing on retail and Long-Term Care patients. Previous roles include managing operations and supervising teams at various pharmacies and organizations, including positions as Chief Operating Officer at Esterbrook Pharmacy and Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Millennium Pharmacy Systems. Lauren holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University and an MBA from Waynesburg University.
