Thomas VandeVanter

Thomas VandeVanter has a diverse work experience which includes being a Flight Test Engineer at Perikin Enterprises, LLC since 2019. Prior to this, they served as an Aviation Electronics Technician Intermediate Level at US Navy Reserve in 2006. Thomas also worked as a Field Service Representative - Scan Eagle Operator at ArgenTech Solutions from 2015 to 2019. Thomas has previously worked as a CNC Machinist at Mackay Manufacturing in 2013 and as a Firefighter 2 at Chewack Fire Suppression from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they served as a Community Adviser at Eastern Washington University from 2007 to 2013 and as a Vinyl Window and Door Technician at VPI Quality Windows from 2004 to 2007.

Thomas VandeVanter earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologies from Eastern Washington University from 2007 to 2013. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Scan Eagle Maintenance Technician from Insitu Inc in November 2018, 14 CFA Part 107 from Federal Aviation Administration in September 2017, Scan Eagle UAS Operator from Insitu, Inc. in July 2014, and FAA Part 107 from Federal Aviation Administration in September 2017.
