Aida Ahmadzadegan-Shapiro

Aida Ahmadzadegan-Shapiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of theoretical physics and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of ForeQast Technologies since January 2022, Aida previously held positions including Postdoctoral Fellow at the Perimeter Institute and Associate Postdoctoral Fellow at the same institution from November 2017 to November 2020. Aida has been involved with the Creative Destruction Lab as part of the CDL-Toronto Quantum cohort and served as a Founder-in-Residence at Entrepreneur First, a venture builder that has significantly impacted the startup ecosystem. Aida's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Relativistic Quantum Information from the University of Waterloo and a Master’s in the Entrepreneur Skillset from Western University, alongside additional degrees in Quantum Information and Theoretical Physics.
