Ersin Bayram

Ersin Bayram, PhD has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare and medical imaging industries. Ersin is currently the Director of AI and Data Science at Perimeter Medical Imaging AI since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at GE Healthcare for 17 years, starting as an Application Engineer in 2005 and eventually becoming the Director of Body & Oncology MR in 2012. Their responsibilities at GE Healthcare included product definition, application development, and collaborative projects with luminary accounts in the field of oncology and vascular diseases. Before joining GE Healthcare, they worked as a Research Faculty at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, where their research focused on computer-aided drug discovery, quantitative structure and activity relationship prediction, and medical imaging techniques. Additionally, they have served as a Technical Consultant and Project Consultant at Targacept, Inc., working on drug discovery projects. Ersin Bayram started their career as a Research Assistant at Wake Forest University Health Sciences.

Ersin Bayram, PhD, completed their education as follows:

- In 2021, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business for a Leadership Training Program in Business Administration and Management, General.

- From 1998 to 2003, they pursued a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Wake Forest University.

- In 1999 and 2000, they also obtained an MS in Computer Science from Wake Forest University.

- Between 1994 and 1998, they earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Bilkent University.

- Lastly, between 1988 and 1994, they attended AAL, although their degree and field of study during this time are unspecified.
