Sandeep GR

Sandeep GR has a diverse work experience in the field of fire protection and safety. Sandeep started their career at UL, where they gained knowledge and hands-on experience in product certification for fire suppression, containment, and resistance categories. Sandeep also worked on the approval of various fire suppression products, containment products like fire doors and partitions, and fire-resistant materials.

Later, Sandeep joined Global Marine Safety (Singapore) Pte Ltd as a Project Manager, focusing on the formulation of fire-fighting foam concentrates as per international standards and the development of florine-free foam concentrates.

Sandeep then worked at Intertek as a Project Engineer, specializing in the testing and certification of building products related to fire safety, such as fire doors, partitions, and insulation materials.

Sandeep's experience also includes working as a Product Engineer at Newage Company LLC, where they communicated with engineers and suppliers to identify and supply products based on consultant requirements. Sandeep also liaised with approval bodies like UL/FM/BSI.

Prior to that, they were a Research and Development Engineer at NAFFCO FZCO, where they gained expertise in foam concentrate, foam equipment, and designing foam suppression systems according to NFPA standards. Sandeep also communicated with approval bodies for testing and documentation.

Sandeep'smost recent role was as a Technical Sales Consultant at Perimeter Solutions, where they actively participated in government tenders and represented multiple brands for foam concentrate and foam suppression systems. Sandeep interacted with authorities having jurisdiction and regional conformity services bodies.

Throughout their career, Sandeep has demonstrated a strong technical background and expertise in fire protection systems, product testing and certification, and communication with approval bodies.

Sandeep GR obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their 12th standard education in Science with PCMB specialization at Seshadripuram First Grade College, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. Sandeep's primary schooling was at WPPS, where they completed their 10th Standard education from 1993 to 2005.
