Traci Jones Martinez

Traci Jones Martinez possesses extensive experience in pediatric therapy and rehabilitation management, holding the position of Chairperson for the Pediatric Special Interest Group at the California Physical Therapy Association since 2013. Currently serving as the Rehabilitation Manager for Pediatric Therapy at Adventist Health Glendale since August 2004, Traci is also a Physical Therapist at Periscope since August 2016, providing assessments for equipment needs. Previous roles include Rehabilitation Consultant at Ultimate Home Care and Rehab Coordinator at Adventist Health. Traci has held the Director of Rehabilitation position at Mariner Health Care and worked as a Physical Therapist at Adventist Health. Traci holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences, a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and Health Education from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix completed in 2015.
