Wesley Gonzalez

Wesley Gonzalez has extensive work experience in strategy, finance, and corporate development. Wesley is currently the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Finance at brightfin, a role they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at brightfin from July 2022 to June 2023, and as the Director of Strategy & Finance from July 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining brightfin, Wesley participated in the CXO (SCOPE) Program at Periscope Equity starting in July 2021. Wesley also worked as a Summer Associate at Forté Ventures from June 2020 to August 2020, and as an MBA Intern at New Harbor Capital from January 2020 to April 2020. Additionally, they served as a Pre-MBA Associate at Forté Ventures from February 2019 to July 2019.

Wesley's early career includes roles at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked as a Strategy & Operations Consultant from August 2017 to February 2019, and as a Strategy & Operations Business Analyst from August 2015 to July 2017.

Wesley Gonzalez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human & Organizational Development, with a minor in Financial Economics, from Vanderbilt University.
