Mani Goulding

Mani Goulding has a long and varied work experience, beginning with a position as Senior Auditor at Thorne Ernst & Whinney in 1984. In 1988, they moved to TransCanada as a Senior Internal Auditor. Mani then joined Ontario Power Generation in 1990, where they held several roles, including Director, Talent Management, Senior Advisor, Executive Development, Corporate Human Resources, Manager, Financial & Leadership Training, Coporate Finance, Manager Business Planning, Financial Policy & Control Officer, Nuclear Finance, Section Head, Accounting & Financial Services, Senior Financial Analyst, and Senior Internal Auditor. In 2014, they became Director Talent Effectiveness at Rockwell Automation. In 2015, they became Owner of Career Passion Limited, and in 2020, they became Chief Administrative Officer and Board Member at Peritus.ai. Currently, they are a Senior Business Consultant at Recursion.

Mani Goulding earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Queen's University in 1989, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Queen's University in 1984, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
