Angelo Filosa

Angelo Filosa, Ph.D., BB has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Angelo has held various leadership positions at PerkinElmer, Inc., including President of PerkinElmer Health Sciences Canada and Global Head of OneSource Professional & Technology Services. Angelo has also served as the Global Head of Professional Services and Global Head of Scientific Services at PerkinElmer. Prior to their time at PerkinElmer, Dr. Filosa worked at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director and Senior Principal Scientist. Angelo also had a role as Group Leader - Product Development at Eli Lilly and as a Scientist II at AstraZeneca R&D. Dr. Filosa began their career as a Scientist at Merck Frosst.

Angelo Filosa, Ph.D., BB has a diverse education history. Angelo holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Quantum Leap Engineering, which they earned in 2010-2011. In 2003, they completed an Executive Development Course at McGill University, focusing on business strategy, marketing, accounting, negotiations, and people skills. Their academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Analytical Biochemistry from Concordia University, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Analytical Chemistry at Concordia University from 1992 to 1996.
