Bonnie Korte is an experienced professional in intellectual property operations with a strong background in docketing and process improvement. Currently serving as Docketing Director at Perkins Coie since October 2024, Bonnie oversees and enhances processes related to IP prosecution and litigation docketing. Prior experience at Fish & Richardson P.C. included roles such as Sr. Manager of IP Operations & Systems/Software Support, where Bonnie managed a multi-state team and specialized in automation, reporting, and analytics. Earlier positions involved significant leadership in patent paralegal management and operational improvements, including roles at McAndrews, Held & Malloy, Ltd. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from St. Catherine University.
