Ria Cruz

Director of Customer Success at Perkville

Ria Cruz began their work experience in 2007 as a Receptionist at Felker, Ish, Ritchie, Geer, P.A. Ria then worked as an Outdoor Rental Office Assistant at UC Santa Cruz, Recreation Department from 2008 to 2011. Ria joined Tandy Beal & Company as a Dancer from 2009 to 2011. Ria then worked as a Technical Intern for Environmental Programs at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 2010 to 2012. In the same year, they became a Dance Teacher at Roco Dance Company and a Lead Customer Advocate at Bay Club Marin. Ria also worked as a Watershed Intern at Salmon Protection & Watershed Network (SPAWN) from 2012 to 2013. Ria started working at Perkville in 2013 as a Customer Success Representative, and eventually became the Manager of Customer Success Team, where they developed and launched the Customer Success program. In 2018, they became the Director of Customer Success. Ria'swork at Perkville focuses on establishing and implementing processes to enhance customer experience and increase growth and retention rates.

Ria Cruz attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2007 to 2011, where they successfully earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies.
