James Disanto has over 20 years of work experience in sales and management roles. In 2021, they began working as a Sales Manager at Perma-Seal Basement Systems. Prior to that, they were Vice President at Softub Spas from 2004 to 2021, where they had multi-functional senior leadership, P&L management, and overall strategic steering accountability across all facets of enterprise-wide sales and marketing activity. james also played a pivotal role in securing the expansion of a robust line of products, as well as identifying niche/innovative product applications throughout the competitive marketplace. From 1999 to 2004, they were a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
