Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Perma-Seal Basement Systems since April 2004, Laura Ann Spencer focuses on culture and people development, embodying the principles of Truly Human Leadership. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Manager, Vice-President of Operations, and Executive Vice-President at It's Simply Delicious from 1986 to 1999, along with serving as Business Manager for the Warrenville Park District between 1991 and 1998.
