Jennie Wang

Jennie Wang is a seasoned professional in digital research and user experience (UX) design, currently serving as the Senior Digital Research & UX Lead at PTSB, where responsibilities include leading the UX design transformation for digital platforms. Prior to this role, Jennie was the Agile Delivery Manager at the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, overseeing digital projects and a cross-functional scrum team. Previous positions also include Senior Interaction Design Lead and Project and Brand Manager at Austrade, along with significant experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer at the Australian Taxation Office.
