Gilberto Cardoso

Gilberto Cardoso is an experienced sales and field service professional in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as a District Sales Representative at ChampionX since May 2021. Previously, Gilberto held positions at Baker Hughes as a Senior Field Service Representative and Junior Field Service Representative, focusing on scale management and technical guidance in Angola. Prior experience includes working as a Field Application Engineer at Nalco Champion, where responsibilities included team leadership and operational management, and earlier roles at Champion Technologies involved quality control and laboratory analyses of oil and water properties in both Brazil and the Netherlands. Gilberto's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus on Natural Resource Management from the University of Namibia, a postgraduate degree in Chemistry from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, and an Engineer's degree in Resource and Production from Universidade Jean Piaget de Angola.
