Ian Jackson

Ian Jackson is a seasoned professional in the finance industry, currently serving as the Head of Permira Strategic Opportunities since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jackson spent over thirteen years at The Carlyle Group as a Managing Director/Partner. Jackson's career began at Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank) in 1996, progressing through various titles including Associate, Vice President as a Distressed Trader, and Director as a Senior Research Analyst before transitioning to Deutsche Bank, where Jackson continued to build expertise until 2008.
