Monika Östlund

Monika Östlund has extensive work experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Monika is currently serving as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance EMEA at Permobil. Prior to this, they worked at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB as the Director of Global Quality Systems and Support. Monika also held positions at Valneva Sweden as the Head of Quality Systems and as a Transition Project Manager and Manager of Quality & Compliance. Monika has experience working at Crucell, a Johnson & Johnson company, where they served as the Manager of Global Quality Operations & Compliance and as a Global Project Manager and Compliance Manager. Monika began their career at SBL Vaccines as a Compliance Manager and later worked at Pharmacia (Pfizer) as a Quality System Specialist and in various quality assurance roles. Monika has demonstrated expertise in deploying and sustaining quality systems, managing compliance and inspections, conducting audits, and overseeing quality improvement projects.
