Mette Leiholt

Mette Leiholt currently serves as Udviklingschef at Pernexus Systems since January 2016. Previously, Mette held the position of Chefkonsulent at Fødevareministeriet, NaturErhvervstyrelsen from August 2012 to December 2015, where responsibilities included leading the secretariat for the Grønt Udviklings- og Demonstrationsprogram (GUDP) and managing a portfolio of 250 ongoing projects. Mette also worked as Fødevareattaché at Den Danske Ambassade from March 2010 to August 2012 and as Projektleder at Kombit A/S from April 2007 to April 2009. Earlier experience includes serving as Fuldmægtig at Direktoratet for FodevareErhverv from October 2001 to April 2007. Mette holds a degree in Europæiske studier from Aalborg University and a Master of Public Administration from Aalborg University, as well as coursework at Copenhagen Business School from 2016 to 2020.
