Ewelina Samchalk currently serves as the VP of Business and People Operations at Pernod Ricard, having held multiple vice president roles focused on strategic business integration and transformation. Previously, Ewelina Samchalk was with PepsiCo for nearly eight years, where responsibilities included leading next-generation transformation initiatives, overseeing technology operations, and spearheading the company’s sustainability agenda, leading to recognition as a female Sustainability Expert by Forbes in 2018. Earlier experience at NBCUniversal involved managing significant financial planning and analysis functions, while a tenure at GE included leadership roles in corporate audits and financial reporting. Ewelina Samchalk holds a Dipl. Kauffrau in Business from European-University Viadrina and an exchange MBA from Texas A&M International University.
