Karen Chisholm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and transformation analytics. Currently serving as the Director of Transformation Analytics at Pernod Ricard since March 2021, Karen previously held multiple leadership roles at Diageo from October 2010 to February 2021, including Global Director of Media Effectiveness and Global Head of Digital Effectiveness. Prior to that, Karen worked at Mondelēz International for over a decade, holding positions such as Senior Director of IS Marketing and CIO Gevalia, and directed various global initiatives for digital marketing. Earlier in the career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Karen progressed from consultant to senior manager, specializing in business transformations for retailers and consumer packaged goods companies. Karen holds a Certificate in Challenges of Big Data from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Science, Math, and Business Administration from Saint Mary's University.
