Mike Luxford

Mike heads up the Digital & Technology team.

With over 20 years of experience leading people and technology teams in New Zealand across the banking, healthcare, education, and technology sectors, Mike is responsible for continuing the digital transformation; through the evolution of the current platforms, the delivery of business transformation projects, and establishing partnerships with innovators in technology.

He joined Perpetual Guardian in 2022 and has previously held roles at Heartland Bank, HealthAlliance, and The University of Auckland.
