Claudia Dumond

Claudia Dumond (Henderson) has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational design. Claudia has held leadership roles in various companies, including Perpetual Limited, where they currently serve as the Head of People and Culture for Perpetual Americas. Prior to this, Claudia worked as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Pendal Group. Claudia also held senior positions at Boston Globe Media, Steward Health Care, State Street, Intuit, and the Executive Office of Health and Human Services. Claudia has a strong background in human resources management, strategic communications, and leadership development.

Claudia Dumond (Henderson) obtained a B.A. degree in Double Major, Political Science and African American Studies, with a minor in French from Bates College in the years 1991 to 1995. Claudia then pursued an M.S. degree in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School's Milano School from 1996 to 1998. Moreover, Claudia was selected as a Woodrow Wilson Fellow for Public Policy at the University of Michigan in 1994.
