Kaitlin Clinton - MBA has a wealth of experience in sales and client success management. In 2020, they joined PERQ as a Senior National Client Success Manager, Senior Launch Manager, and Client Success Manager. Prior to that, they worked for RentPath from 2005 to 2020, where they held three positions: Senior Digital Advertising Sales Executive, Publisher/Market Sales Manager, and Account Executive. As Senior Digital Advertising Sales Executive, they were responsible for managing over 200 individual customer accounts, writing proposals, generating and reporting key metrics, and delivering on account management goals. Kaitlin was also credited with mentoring new hires through their probation period and directing cross-functional teams to ensure new clients were successfully on-boarded. As Publisher/Market Sales Manager, they managed a 3 person sales team and was responsible for generating new sales growth and providing exceptional customer service for the entire Richmond, VA market. Lastly, as an Account Executive, they generated new sales growth and provided excellent customer service to over 75 clients in the DC region in the multi-housing industry.

Kaitlin Clinton holds an MBA in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Rhode Island. In addition, they obtained a certification in Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn in March 2020.
