Shavon R. Doyle-Holton

Shavon R. Doyle-Holton, M.Ed., currently serves as the Global DEI Strategy Lead at Perrigo Company plc, a position held since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing the implementation of the company's global diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy while fostering relationships to enhance awareness and advocacy for DEI initiatives. Prior to this role, Shavon was a Senior Consultant at Inclusive Performance Strategies from August 2015 to August 2022 and worked as a Grants Management Assistant at the Grand Rapids Community Foundation from January 2012 to August 2015, overseeing grantmaking processes and conducting compliance reviews. Shavon R. Doyle-Holton holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership & Learning from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and Anthropology from Grand Valley State University, and a Master's Certification in Design & Innovation Management from Kendall College of Art and Design.
