Meredith Chapman

Meredith Chapman has worked in the customer success and account management fields since 2017. Meredith began their career at OrderMyGear as a Jumpstart Account Manager in 2017, and then progressed to Senior Account Manager and Account Manager in 2019. In 2020, they moved to BirdEye as a Customer Success Manager. Most recently, they have been the Head Of Account Management at Perry Weather since 2022.

Meredith Chapman obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations from the College of Media & Communication at Texas Tech University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from South Plains College between 2012 and 2014. Meredith also holds a certification in Hootsuite.
