Katie Dawson

Katie Dawson currently serves as the Head of Talent & Culture at Perry since June 2024. Previously, Katie held the position of Head of Business Recruiting at Dandy from March 2021 to June 2024, overseeing a diverse Talent team focused on several key areas including Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience. Prior experience includes roles at The Adecco Group as an Executive Recruiter and with the New York Yankees in Premium Sales and Service. Additionally, Katie has experience as an Education Implementation Intern at Discovery Communications and as a Volunteer Research Assistant at the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute. Katie earned a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Education was further complemented with attendance at Charlotte Country Day School.
