Chris Bisson is a highly experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Persado since January 2019, where prior experience as a Senior Customer Success Manager was also gained. Before joining Persado, Chris worked as an Account Manager at BTO Research from September 2015 to December 2018. Chris holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Università Bocconi (2014-2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Aberystwyth University (2009-2013). Chris also completed the International Baccalaureate at CATS Canterbury from 2007 to 2009.
