Inmaculada Mendez Ballesteros

Inmaculada Mendez Ballesteros is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources management, currently serving as the Talent Development & Organization Manager at PERSÁN since July 2024. Previously, Inmaculada held the position of Head of Talent at Parques Reunidos from December 2019 to July 2024, focusing on the global implementation of talent programs, as well as serving as People & Organization Manager, where responsibilities included person selection, training, and development. Inmaculada's experience also includes a role as Senior Recruiter at Wood from September 2014 to November 2019, managing the recruitment process for technical profiles, and providing HR support at Schneider Electric for a brief period in 2013. Inmaculada holds a Master in Personnel Management and Human Resources Management from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, along with various degrees in business administration and specialized training in mobility management.
