Janine Bullock

Janine Bullock has extensive experience in human resources, compensation, and benefits management, currently serving as the Manager of Compensation/Benefits & HR Projects at Arclin since 2010. In this role, Janine oversees compensation programs for US and Canadian employees, managing payrolls totaling $33 million and Canadian retirement programs with DB Pension assets of $32 million. Prior experience includes roles as Project Coordinator for HR/Organizational Development & Training at National Express, where Janine led multiple initiatives and managed training budgets. Earlier positions at National Express and Stock Transportation involved responsibilities in compensation analysis, payroll administration, and administrative support, contributing to organizational development and training efforts. Janine holds a BASc in Consumer Studies from the University of Guelph.
