Mike Booker

Mike Booker, CPA, is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Director of Tax at Persefoni since May 2022. Previously, Mike held the position of Tax Law Specialist in the Transfer Pricing Practice at the Internal Revenue Service from June 2008 to May 2022, leading teams in examining large U.S. entities. Prior to that, Mike worked as a Senior Income Tax Manager at Insight Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities included managing worldwide income tax provisions and ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Mike has also served as Federal Tax Supervisor at Phelps Dodge Corporation, Tax Director at Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc., Federal & State Tax Consultant at Sylvan Learning Systems, Inc., and Tax Associate at Arthur Andersen. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland, earned between 1994 and 1998.
