Assaf Lichtash

Assaf founded Pershing Square Law Firm, PC in 2013. He is an experienced employment litigator and EDD attorney. Assaf handled hundreds of cases before the CUIAB and he has successfully reversed Board decisions in higher appeals in California’s Superior Courts. Assaf successfully represents California businesses in EDD Payroll Tax Audits, helping those businesses mitigate the effects of the audit and protect business integrity while reforming their business to become complaint with state laws. Assaf’s vision is to make the firm a legal powerhouse for California’s workers and businesses who need to confront the EDD. Assaf is a graduate of Loyola Law School.
