James Proyer

James Proyer is an accomplished planning professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Planning Manager at Persimmon Homes since January 2016, James has previously held roles including Planning Manager and Senior Planner within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Planning Officer and Planning Officer at Wiltshire Council from November 2010 to December 2015, along with a role as Office Assistant during a summer placement at Planning Solutions in 2008. James holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography from the University of Plymouth (2006-2009).
